Baggage. No one ever breaks free from it. Everyone has to figure out how to go on living, to be decent, in spite of it.
this is the novel I needed without knowing it.
while reading, it helped me reflect a lot about myself, my actions, my relationship with relationships, including the one with my own mother.
it hurt, it in the way that I needed it to, apparently.
it also allowed me to see through the lens of a life I wonβt ever be privy to, yet can understand at the same time.
