tonisut 's review for:
Elizabeth the Queen
by Sally Bedell Smith
Not so much a biography as a book about who Smith likes and who she doesn't. I know it's become okay in this day and age for "nonfiction" books to not strictly keep to facts, so if you want to read a book about how WONDERFUL Queen E is and how WITHOUT ANY REDEEMING QUALITIES Princess Di and Dodi were, this is your book. You'll have to overlook that many of the author's assertions can be disproved by 5 minutes on the internet, but that also seems to no longer matter for "nonfiction."
