This is a wonderful retelling of King Lear in a historical fantasy setting. The lore and worldbuilding are lovely, the dialogue appropriately dramatic, and why won't these characters just talk to each other! (That's how you know it's a tragedy)

I loved, loved Elia. Solid 3.5 stars.
