oh my goshhh, I loved this book so much 😠what a cosy little read, Jacqueline Wilson you superstar!!
When I read that this was dedicated to her other half Trish and further comments in the acknowledgements I felt as if I was going to BURST. This book truly feels like a piece of Jacqueline Wilson’s heart and soul went into this and I cannot thank her enough.
I love the little slice of life segments with Ellie, I truly feel that I was going around my day with her and I really enjoyed that! It’s so nice to have a book where it’s not utterly packed with action and you can cosy up to the characters thoughts and feelings.
My only quibble is that I wish we learnt more about other characters, I felt that Nadine especially felt a little flat even though I wanted to know more about her future and character! Overall though I loved this Girls series as a whole and this conclusion felt satisfying (although I would not mind if there is further additions!)
