It's a series of short essays on their Basecamp work culture. Most of the points that they made are more relevant to employers than employees as I suppose if the employers are willing to let go of chasing the financial goals, employees will have an easier time at work.

I picked up this work when I was swamped with work, hopefully to find some relief and tips, however most of the book wasn't really applicable for me.
