What Should Be Wild by Julia Fine

4.0

I’m rounding up because there were so many things I liked about this—I love a good dark fairytale, really enjoyed the writing and especially the chapters describing how the various women ended up in the woods. The one big problem here was basically the entire middle section—the introduction of a couple of new characters and a new direction for the story and it all basically fell flat and was frankly kind of boring. However the end was redeeming and ultimately I really did enjoy this and look forward to the author’s next book.
