It took some unexpected directions that in hindsight, I don't really know how I saw coming, but this was quite the emotional read, especially towards the end.
It follows the story of three separate women, Siobhan, Jane, and Miranda, who've all been stood up by the same man, Joseph, on Valentine's Day. I think that of the three women, Jane's story was the one I enjoyed the most, especially seeing her come into her own. This book almost got me in a few spots (why is it that every time I read an emotional book, I'm on an airplane surrounded by people??), and I wouldn't fully qualify it as a romance, more like women's fiction, so it's definitely not for folks expecting a light, fluffy read.
Recommended for fans of Colleen Hoover and Josie Silver.
