The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin

4.0

So there are parts I really liked, and parts I really didn't like.
Liked: The humor and wittiness was awesome. like I didn't expect this book to be as funny as it was.
The Romance: It was cute and totally teenagery. I felt like it brought out my inner teenager and I totally loved it.
The Storyline: I totally digged the story. I thought it was interesting and totally kept me hooked through the whole thing.

Dislikes:
Mara: Now, sometimes I did like her, and I get that she's supposed to be flawed, but man she was super whinny and needy sometimes. I think the needy part bugged me more than the whinny part though, just because I felt like she needed everyone to take care of her.
The highschool: Now I get that she goes to this super snotty high school, but it's hard for me to believe that almost EVERY student is just horrible. A lot of things in this book just didn't quite add up.

All in all, I really did enjoy this book, and I could not put it down.
