Ick Factor by Morgan Elizabeth

5.0

Truly a delightful read that I ate up in just a couple of days. While I am sad to see this series has come to an end, I did enjoy how it ended and who it ended with.

Kat and Theo were a wonderful couple to read about and I’m a sucker for a fake dating trope. A fake dating trope where everyone figures it about time they started opening loving each other is even better! These two seemed to be the best other half for each other and the balance they provided was a joy to read.

At every step, whatever one of them needed, the other was there and ready to provide without pushing or even requesting that emotional assistance. They were just already so aligned with each other that their interactions flowed. It was done in such a way too where things felt natural. They simply got each other and that was all there was to it.

I'm also glad that there was not a third act , as I’m not sure I would have survived watching these two end their relationship. Even knowing that it would all work out in the end, the idea of seeing Kat or Theo sad is just not okay.

Again, sad to see the series come to an end, but I look forward to seeing what Morgan creates next!

Thank you Morgan and team for an ARC of Ick Factor. I received a copy of the book and this is my honest feedback.
