I read this when I was a teen and it was really good. I actually considered it one of my favourite books ever.
My opinions have changed since then and I also have read more books that I like more and have a writing style I enjoy more. I still think this is a good book and I'm glad I reread it, because I wouldn't have been able to see the change in my reading journey without it.
I think people would like it a lot, especially if they are trying to get into Tolkien's universe.
