There’s nothing I can say about this book that someone else couldn’t say better (or already has), so let’s start simple. I fucking loved this. It’s funny and bizarre in a very real and grounded way. I can’t articulate properly what was so good about it, something to do with characters and Karim being a really great POV character and a good sense of time and place and how much Bromley sucks. Give it a read. It’s great, I swear.
