Swan’s characterization is *chef’s kiss* I loved these characters to bits and had an absolute blast with this book. Steamy scenes were oh so good and relationships were believable and intriguing.
My two spots of contention:
1) There were some REALLY abrupt transitions between scenes that would take me out of the story and make me reread sections to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. Ex: Big time jumps between two sentences without a visual showing the split (Even an extra space between the sentences would have helped)
2) One of the dates used was 31 September. I was irrationally angry when I read that and am apparently petty enough for it to stick in my craw.
Beyond my complaining about the minor things, seriously, a fantastic book and I’m looking forward to reading more from the author!
