The Unwanted Wife by Natasha Anders

4.0

From now on, I need every regretful male lead in every romance to up their groveling game to the level of Sandro.
This man went through it— and deservingly so.

This might be the first book I read where the female lead, who has been wronged in some way by the man she loves, puts a wall up and keeps it up once she’s had enough. And Theresa has had enough. She has given so much love and care and received none in return, thus making the decision to stop.

But this is a romance— so of course things aren’t as simple as packing up one’s bags and leaving. But the romance is well earned as it’s hard fought for.

It may not be an objectively great read, but is most certainly is an addicting one. The second I started I couldn’t put it down until I reached its end. An addicting and satisfying read.
