i genuinely didn’t think id like this one that much once i saw it was the kidnapping trope, but i actually ate this shit up. the way miko was with nessa practically the second day in, boy did not stand a chance.
i loved nessa so much, i believe she has no haters. and if you hate her don’t tell me because i’ll just call you a liar.
nessa and miko were the complete opposite of eachother, but they fit perfectly together. their dynamic was truly something, but the way he’s this fierce mob boss who literally skins and murders people, but from the get go he was still so soft with her.
ALSO i loved karla?! she’s the most precious side character ever. i hope we get crumbs of her in the other books.
