A Slice Of Life: Every Person Has A Story
by Smita Das Jain, Smita Das Jain
A Slice of Life by Smita Das Jain is a door that allows you to experience what ordinary life is like.
In this book Smita pictured many emotions; unconditional love, grief, guilt, and embarrassing moments, we went through in our life journey. All these moments are written in 18 short stories divided into three parts: Love, Humor, and Relationships. all three have beautiful short stories.
My favorite part is the humor one as the stories resonate with me much. For example: “If I remembered” the female protagonist is just like me who forget things after putting them here and there and then annoys her partner and I feel like I was not the only clumsy person in this world (LOL).
This book is amazing and an easy read. The lucid writing and easy narration make this book more relatable. If you like reading books which make you laugh and emotional at the same time the this is your pick, go for it undoubtedly.
