The End of the World Running Club
by Adrian J. Walker
Post-apocalyptic is not my usual genre but a friend recommended this as a good read because it was still so close to the human condition we know. And while fortunately not completely relatable, it is easy to see how the world as we know it can change over night. And that’s the premise of this story.
I liked the manageable amount of suspense. I also appreciated that I had checked this out from the library on my Kindle and it was going to expire within an hour of me finishing the book. This 100% added to my experience.
While I wouldn’t recommend this book. If you told me you were reading it, I’d agree that I liked it. Could’ve gone four stars but there are too many plot holes to go that high.
