many thanks to the author for this arc
this has absolutely been my favorite of the series. the balance between plot and relationship building/spice was so well done, and i really enjoyed the timeline. i appreciated the extra 20% after the main conflict was resolved to get Brody and Harper healing with the Calloway fam.
from the first books i already loved Brody and this solidified him as my favorite mmc so far. his grief journey was really beautiful to read about and i loved how he and Harper were there for each other. the set up for Nick's book had me on the edge of my seat and i really cant wait to see him meet his match. i love how truly interconnected each book is and the worlds Lyra has brought together.
