A Festive Feud
by Maren Moore
I remember I read the first book last Christmas and I was so in love with that book. So a year later, another Maren Moore book—and how I loved this one! If you’re looking for a healthy dose of steam, you’re going to love this too.
Jackson and Emma are sworn enemies. Their families have been at odds with each other for years, to the point where no one knows what started it. The tiniest things can trigger an argument. Their biggest point of contention is each family’s Christmas party. So when they’re told that they will have to do a joint one this year, you can imagine how well it went. Because they hate each other, right? Not because they’re stupidly attracted to each other and they want to avoid spending too much time together.
I will always be a sucker for enemies to lovers. The banter, the tension, I just love it all. And these two are so good. I loved their interactions. To be fair, I have no idea how anyone could hate Jackson. In my head, he’s perfect in every way!
