I read this for school. i was told that it would be the hardest book of the year. i was told that it's okay if it's hard to understand. all that being said, i actually really liked it. there was a lot of questions and googling, but it's a really interesting concept of nature versus civilization, and the futility of man, and the hypocrisy of imperialism (i did get those from google) (it puts it into words better than i can). Anyways, for being less than 200 pages, it was a super interesting and deep novella.
