I didn't realize that the majority of the content from the author's Netflix special (Call to Courage) was from this book. I was slightly disappointed that so many of the best stories were ones I'd already read. However, the research is truly worthwhile, and the description of the research process at the end made my nerdy little social scientist heart happy.
