The First to Die at the End
by Adam Silvera
3.5
I really love the concept of the book but it gets repetitive rather quickly kind of like the first book. The characters have an idea and then explore all the reasons they might die from it and then come up with an alternative. The use of the same words over and over also got on my nerves.
I also really want to accept and embrace Death-Cast but because the book is more realistic I have a hard time doing so. I know it’s supposed to be secretive but I just have a hard time buying into knowing when people will die but not how with 0 explanation.
