I'm currently reading A storm of swords by George R.R. Martin. This is the third book in the A song of ice and fire series. I'm reading an owned copy whilst listening to the audiobook. This is my second read of this book. Reading this for the StoryGraph Onboarding Challenge with the prompt: more pages than the longest book you read in 2022
I'm noticing some small things I don't enjoy about this book and that weren't in the previous book. There is a lot of repetition from the first book (so things explained that happened in that one). I don't like when series do that. I also don't love all the perspectives we are getting in this one. But do still think this will be five stars still.
Still five stars. But I still didn't enjoy this one as much as book one. Also mainly because there was a lot of sexual content in this one, which I really hate. But it is probably the most interesting book in the series with everything that is happening in this one.
