Dangerous Women by Hope Adams

4.0

3.5⭐️
This book is the perfect amalgam of a historical fiction and thriller, and it was an entertaining read.
A group of convicted women are being transported on the Rajah ship. This story is about their trials and tribulations and triumphs along the long journey they have embarked on.
I loved that there is real historical significance of the story, and the author mentions how she got the motivation to write this book. It was nice to read the historical references after reading the book. The book almost transported us back in time onto that journey.
The mystery element introduced keeps the reader gripped. And I liked the story telling style from different povs, which didn’t let the book get boring.
The story had a bit of a slow build up and my interest ebbed and flowed during the story.
But overall this was a great and wholesome reading experience!
