Summary (Spoiler-Free):
Twisted Lies is the fourth and final installment in Ana Huang's Twisted series. It follows Stella Alonso, a fashion magazine assistant and influencer, and Christian Harper, the enigmatic CEO of Harper Security. Their paths cross when Stella becomes entangled in a dangerous situation involving a stalker, leading her to seek protection from Christian. What begins as a fake dating arrangement for mutual benefit soon evolves into a complex and intense relationship. As their connection deepens, secrets unravel, and both must confront their pasts and the truths they've been hiding. With themes of trust, obsession, and redemption, Twisted Lies delivers a dark romance that keeps readers on the edge of their seats.
My opinion !!
Honestly? Twisted Lies is my absolute favorite book in the whole series. I mean, yeah, the chemistry between Stella and Christian wasn’t perfect, but it was still so damn good.
I loved it. Christian Harper is kind of morally grey, but also… a total dream. He’s a great lover and easily my favorite guy in the whole Twisted series. Stella is imperfect but felt human .
The book drags a bit here and there sure, but I literally never got bored for even a second. The whole stalker mystery kept me on my toes, though the big reveal wasn’t that shocking to me. What I really loved was the friendships. The way all the characters clicked, especially the girls !! It just felt so real. And seeing everyone grow into this little family? Iconic!! They’ll forever be my Roman Empire <3
