i really enjoyed this book. the fact that they in one way or another are underrated or overlooked in certain gives them something to relate on but isn't what's focused on. it's actually that fox really liked her when she was in westport and wanted to get to know her better. and he did through friendship and if that's all he got out of it, i'm convinced he would've been just as happy. the fact that he brought up that 'how can brendon trust me with the della ray if he doens't even trust me with hannah' i loved that. as well as hannah's reassurance that fox's 'reputation' not only didn't define him but didn't worry her or make him any less worthy of being with her. they were both so supportive of the other and really the fact that they solidified a friendship i think only helped that but makes it even better
