All the Single Ladies: Unmarried Women and the Rise of an Independent Nation
by Rebecca Traister
Wasn't quite sure what to expect with this one, but got LOADS to process. It's very reassuring on one hand (being a single lady myself at this moment in time) to hear stories of other single women and their struggles and triumphs. On the other, it's hard hearing things that go counter to how I was raised with regards to marriage, motherhood, and family. Nonetheless, always good to hear all sides to the story. I bet this will be a validating read for many women.
