I am so glad I decided to read this. I wasn’t sure after the ending of the last book but I think if I went back and read it again I’d probably have different opinions on everything that unfolded.
I love the World Map and that so many of the places have been introduced now. The fight scenes were pretty gory.
I was a bit iffy on the whole bond between Teli and Pax at the start but I loooove how Pax continually proved himself to be on her side and he loves Teli unconditionally. The slow burn was frustrating (in the best way) and was really convincing how their relationship developed over the book. I’m really rooting for them to find their way back to each other
Only thing I would love to see is more development of some of the characters that have become closer with her. The relationships are there but I want to feel more attached to them so in instances where their life is threatened I feel what Teli is feeling.
There are a few things I could nit pick at but in all honesty there is something magical in this series
