This book does exactly what it sets out to do. It's a cute, cozy fantasy about belonging and found-family with a little dash of romance. I really enjoyed the world the author built and viewing it through our main character, Kiela's, eyes. If you're looking for a cozy fantasy, this one would almost be sure to satisfy the craving.
