It was the longest prologue ever but absolutely amazing. The set up and gradual introduction of the themes and ideas such as what is honorable and what is good and how guilt can impact people and there choices was amazing. Absolutely adored all of kaladin and shallans povs the the relationships between groups of characters such as Bridge 4, mentor and student and family dynamics. Beautifully written and a amazing set of for a universe I look forward to reading more about. One draw back was that I had to pace myself because it was such a big book. Also the cliffhanger and constantly changes vibes between povs sometimes took you out of the excitement.
