This was pretty good! I usually don't rate these diet plan books so high as a lot of them are based on bunk science and/or actual science interpreted in a way that is harmful or foolish. However, this book emphasizes personal agency, does not advise total cut out or drastic reduction of fruit intake, and while the "nightly spud" is...unorthodox to say the least, this book has very modern ideas and outlooks for something published in the early 2000s (and I mean the '00s, not the '10s). Overall, not an awful choice to pick up and learn some new information. Maybe I will try the program, who knows!
