I loved Addie’s story. I was worried that this was going to be more of a man coming in and saving the traumatized girl, but of course Catherine Cowles made this books everything you could ever want! Addie’s strength and resilience even after the life she has had was so beautiful to read. Also, Beckett coming to terms with the things he regrets with Addie was so cute and heartfelt.
