I’ll be thinking about this book for a while, I can already tell. Andrew felt so relatable to me with his inner monologue regarding other people.

I loved his and Thomas’s relationship throughout the book. I really enjoy unhealthy (fictional) relationships, so their codependency was fun to read.

I will say, I never truly felt on edge. Like, sometimes when reading suspense/horror/thriller, you get that uneasy feeling like your being watched or the content is especially tense, but I never felt that.

Idk if it was meant to be a twist, but like a quarter of the way in I began suspecting Dove was dead. By half way, I had figured out that Andrew was the cause, not Thomas. It wasn’t a bad thing, but the bit at the end made me feel like this was supposed to be a big reveal, especially Dove, but it just wasn’t for me.
