I was really excited to read Dean & Bronwyn's story because I loved their crumbs from the previous book. And I loved so many parts from this one, especially the ones with little Phee and Bronwyn's family. Seeing Arden, Henry & Gabriel interact with Dean and slowly integrating him and Phee in their family was absolutely heartwarming. But since it was obvious that both Bronwyn & Dean orchestrated this entire marriage thing, I couldn't understand why there was so much push and pull between them. Half the time they lived separately and it didn't even feel like a real marriage which left me feeling a bit disappointed. The last half though was really good but I would've liked it more of Dean let Bronwyn spend some more time with Phee because the little moments we got of them together were so less and I couldn't get enough. So overall, this was a 3.5 star read for me because even though the chemistry between Dean & Bronwyn was exceptional, the plot was dragged and the pacing was kinda slow too, so I felt bored during a few chapters tbh. Still, I'm looking forward to read Henry & Franki's book!
