I read this book when I was a kid, and it was the most terrifying thing in the entire world. Looking back on it, I'm pretty sure I checked this out from the library about once a month. I used to tell the stories to my friend's at slumber parties and scare everyone half to death. I'm not sure if it's really as scary as I thought it was, but I'm telling you this book had me up at night terrified. And the pictures are horrifying as well. If you want a book with scary stories, read this one.
