This was my first Riley Sager book and what a ride! This had so many twists and turns, my head is still spinning. I’m usually pretty good at figuring out mysteries early on, but there was no chance with this one.
This book was the epitome of a page turner for me; I read it in 3 days because I couldn’t put it down. I found this book to be so creepy (in an amazing way) that I genuinely had to put it down and read a fluffy romance before I fell asleep each night lol. My friend and I debated this heavily, but I actually loved the ending. Gave me Primal Fear vibes.
One thing I have to say is I hated the dad subplot. I’ll keep this review spoiler free, but this is how I feel about it: 😒
Would definitely pick up another one of his books!
