It was okay, I was kind of bored at times but I really like the way Emily Henry writes, it was refreshing after my past Colleen Hoover binge. I didn’t really like the title being “beach read” and the description on the back of the book because I don’t think it describes the story that well to be honest. Not much really happened but it was a cute read.
Loved that it was based in michigan and mentioned Grand Rapids!!
Hated that they had sex at such a somber place in New Eden.. felt so wrong and messed up. Kind of got whiplash from how bipolar their feelings were in this book and it was boring at times because the ONLY conflicts were due to lack of communication.
