The Dawn of Everything by David Wengrow, David Graeber
3.0

My first book I’ve read by David Graeber. The writing is very conversational which made it a great read along with the copious amount of details and examples this book uses for its main thesis. “Why was human social organization so fluid and varied in the deep past, and how did we in the present get stuck in increasingly complex systems of heirarchy”. While I came to different opinions on why this information is useful this book is a great intro for the non-historian/sociologist (me) to break false myths of human history
