A Conspiracy in Belgravia by Sherry Thomas

4.0

4.5? I think I liked this more than the first; every character is a delight, the plot is absolutely RIDICULOUS (but in an incredible way) and I thoroughly enjoyed every second.

(just when you thought things couldn't get CRAZIER, though, there's ANOTHER twist? And I didn't see the majority of these ones coming? But you never feel dumb about not knowing them in advance--just rather astounded--and I appreciate that.)
