The Truth About Unspeakable Things
by Emily A. Myers
I literally just finished this fabulous debut!!
When @emilymyersauthor reached out to me to see if I would like to review her book, of course it was a hell yes!
This book takes places in New Orleans, where we meet Emma Marshall, who is dealing with the trauma of her past with her ex-fiancé and embarks on a journey of bringing him to justice!
Part thriller, part romance, part social justice issues, this was a fantastic first book that I couldn’t put down. Well developed characters, good writing, and none of the storylines felt rushed.
I will advise that there are trigger warnings for sexual assault and domestic violence.
