Yikes. If TikTok stories were a book, this could be it. Every chapter (or few) is told from a different character’s perspective, so many details are repeated and mundanely unnecessary. I read the first 90 pages intently, hoping for some redemption to this story. Then, I skipped 50 pages and was able to rejoin the story immediately. Finally, I skimmed to the end to wrap it up. Waste of time with zero value.
