Murder in the Family by Cara Hunter

5.0

Loved the script format. Read it with my husband as a joint activity during a long drive, assigning voices to each of the characters, reviewing the evidence together, and bouncing theories off each other as we progressed through the book. We felt like two lil detectives.
The book has so many layers to it and so many twists and it left lots of room for constant suspicion and questioning. One of the theories we’d surmised during the read ended up being correct too which made us feel pretty pleased with ourselves haha! Having read this I would definitely be compelled to pick up more of Hunter’s back catalogue.
