Lenny's Book of Everything by Karen Foxlee

5.0

Lenny is eleven, and her seven year old brother, Davey, won’t stop growing. They live with their mother, made of mostly worries, and spend time with Mrs Gaspar, who is Hungarian and tells them her dreams. This is a story of the love of family and friends, loving a sibling who is different, the joy of kindness, and the magic and wonder in an ordinary life. It is sad, but uplifting, and life affirming. It is great for younger kids, but really, for all ages.
