Probably the best book I've read this year and a new favourite from Mona Awad. The book mainly deals with chronic illness and invisible pain and everything that comes with it. Not being seen as a desirable woman, people around you insisting you're too negative, overreacting and self-pitying. How conditional friendships and relationships are once you stop being fun.
So many heavy topics wrapped in a story of an eccentric theatre director.
