VESUVIUS is the most heart-wrenching, healing, magical, poetic, and hauntingly, beautiful book I’ve ever read. I read multiple versions of this book, and every single one blew me away! Cass Biehn is truly a master of their craft and perfectly captures the essence of what a YA fantasy should be. There aren’t enough words to even describe what this book means to me—but I know it’s going to change lives. It changed mine.
TLDR:
VESUVIUS really captures the epic highs and lows of volcano eruptions. Also one of the MCs is canonically connected to Lin Manuel Miranda. 11/10
