This book came highly recommended to me. The best I can say about this book is that it was not bad. But it was not all that it was hyped up to be.
This would work better as an audiobook or a stage play. All said and done, it is predictable as fuck. You could see the book's twists coming from miles away and overall, the book manages to surprise the reader maybe 2 times out of 10. Even then, it's nothing groundbreaking.
It is what it is. Not something I'd recommend to anyone.
Without spoiling anything, if you are into reading similar sort of books, The Secret Runners of New York by Matthew Reilly was a better spin on the same-ish topic.
