I Am, I Am, I Am: Seventeen Brushes with Death by Maggie O'Farrell

this is a gorgeous memoir told through maggie o’farrel’s 17 near death experiences. it’s a lovely easy read, makes you totally appreciate your body as a home, and i thought the format was so unique and fun to read. my one criticism is that some of the near death experiences are just SO MUCH less shocking than others … it took me out of it a bit. but the final chapter was completely moving. this is lovely.
