This was a great continuation of the series. I did enjoy seeing the characters from the previous books, but at times I almost wished the story would focus on them less. I really liked the dynamic between Vincent and Kent. They worked well together and had good chemistry. I love how patient and understanding Kent was with Vincent, and how they kept communicating open. The spice happened really fast, which I'm not usually a huge fan of, but I think it worked well with this story.
Speaking of spice, I wasn't expecting some of the kinks in this book, but they didn't take me out of the story like I thought they would when first presented. Some of the dialogue during the spicy scenes did get a little redundant. I know they like the phrase "good boy" but it got tiring after a bit and I wish there had been a little more to the dirty talk to round it out a bit more.
Overall, I really enjoyed the book and can't wait for the final book in the series!
