A Little Bit Wicked by Melissa Foster

4.0

What's this? A new Melissa Foster series? Yes please! If you've ever read one of Melissa's romances then you know how much of an emotional pull they can have. Well, things have been rough for me lately so you can imagine how many tissues I needed while reading A Little Bit Wicked, especially scenes with a tiny kitten named Snowflake. To be completely honest, after losing my precious cat Snowball, I almost couldn't continue reading this one after seeing Gunner with his kitten. But I pushed through and by the end of the book I was glad I did. I think seeing familiar faces helped a lot.

A Little Bit Wicked is a romance between two unlikely characters. Justin, a bad boy biker, has had a thing for Chloe from the moment their eyes met. Sure it took over a year to gain her trust, but to him it was well worth the wait. He patiently broke down her misconceptions and helped her build her trust. Chloe has had a rough life. Watching her mom bring in man after man, she's had to protect herself and her sister from men like Justin. Or so she thought. Once she got to know the man behind the bad boy attitude, she was all in. Together their love knows no bounds and I'll have fun seeing them in the future.

As with every Melissa Foster book I've read, I loved A Little Bit Wicked. It made me swoon, giggle, tear up... Every emotion under the sun. Yeah I almost didn't read it for personal reasons, but I'm so glad I did. With Melissa, not only do you get to fall in love with different couples in each of her books, you also get to catch up with old friends. A Little Bit Wicked is the first book in a new series, so it might be a bit confusing if it's your first Melissa Foster book. Don't let that persuade you from not reading it. Trust me, once you've read one of her books you'll be hooked. What's not to love? Bad boys, strong heroines, sizzling chemistry, and fabulous writing.

I received an advance copy. All opinions are my own.
