Toxicity at its finest

It’s hard to root for a couple that is literally based on toxicity. This takes enemies-to-lovers to a remarkable level. I really wanted to love this book. But it was about 100 pages too long when the majority of the book is the two main characters fighting and being horrible to one another, then having sex. Overall the storyline is riveting and has some great aspects. But the constant bickering and nastiness? Made me really dislike the entire book. I ended up skimming the last 40% just so I could finish and see how the intertwined storylines ended. I’m disappointed, I honestly thought I’d love this more.
