Her Knight at the Museum
by Bryn Donovan
In this magical tale, Emily is a museum conservator who is still reeling from divorce. When restoring a handsome sculpture of a knight, she has a vivid dream where he appears to her and tells her a story of a curse. Imagine both of their surprise when Emily manages to break the curse, and Griffin comes to life. He has much to learn about modern day, but is completely smitten with Emily and wants to capture her heart as well.
This story was sweet, fantasy-filled, and a spicy good time. I enjoyed the curse element and Griffin’s backstory, as well as his sweet and chivalrous persona that often caused humorous things to happen. I know not everyone enjoys the insta-love trope, but it really works well in this story. Overall, this is a whimsical and charming read for fans who enjoy stories like Enchanted and Kate and Leopold.
Thank you to Bryn Donovan and Berkley Romance for the ARC and chance to be an early reader and reviewer.
